Although each of our Field Engineers have taken different paths to get to where we are today, each brings with them a wealth of knowledge and experience that is hard to find in other service organizations.

Since May of 1989, Dennis Bickel has been professionally employed as a UPS field engineer. He worked with Liebert for 11 years and also worked with independent third party service providers. He has experience working on virtually every brand of UPS manufactured. His education includes Liebert factory training, Mitsubishi factory training, employer sponsored classed as well as Navy electronics training during his time serving. Dennis also has significant experience working with complex battery projects such as DC plants and wet cell installations. He is well versed in UPS units in both single unit and multi-modular configurations by Powerware, Liebert, Mitsubishi, Xtreme Power, Chloride, APC, MGE, Gamatronics and many others. Dennis is a veteran of the US Navy.


Certainly not a new comer to the UPS industry, Keith Martin is not only an experienced UPS Field engineer but is also certified as a Level II Thermographer. This allows us to offer you another important tool to ensure the integrity of your critical systems. Having been professionally employed as a field engineer for over 15 years, his work at a third party UPS service provider allowed him to receive both formal classroom and hands on training on most brands of UPS units including Liebert, Powerware, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, Xtreme Power, Gamatronics, MGE and others. Keith also holds a certificate in Electronics from Austin Community College and has a long history of work in the semi conductor industry.
